Videocon Mobile Phones announced its entry in the AndroidTM phone market, by launching ‘Videocon Zeus’ in the Indian market. ‘Videocon Zeus’ is Android TM 2.1 (Éclair) ready with a large 3.2 inch multi-touch (capacitive) screen with 600 MHz Qualcomm Microprocessor, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and Push Mail amongst many other features.  Alongside with ZEUS the company is extending its range of mobile phones and is introducing additional four new phones.

The Android TM powered Zeus replicates the PC experience for the user on the move. The Android TM Operating System provides a seamless integration of the device with the Internet and also provides an intuitive access to over 70,000 applications in the Android TM Marketplace for easy download and installation.
