SXSW interactive web awards announces winners

On March 15, the SXSW Web Awards, sponsored by Adobe, honored 20 of the top Web developers and designers chosen from hundreds of entries submitted across the world. Baratunde Thurston, editor of the The Onion and clever political commentator for popular destinations such as Jack & Jill Politics, The Huffington Post, DailyKos and his own site baratunde.com, emceed the 2009 Web Awards Ceremony, which named winners in 20 content categories, including “People’s Choice” and “Best of Show.”
